Big Bear Marathon 2025 Route. The revel big bear half marathon course offers the best of the san bernardino mountains, including breathtaking views of the cliffs and valleys of the san bernardino national forest. Starting and finishing in big bear's downtown village, the course runs around big bear lake clockwise towards the golf course.
Both races start at 6:00am, and participants need to be at the finish line by 1:03pm (6 hours and 33 minutes total time, 15:00/mile pace for the marathon and 30:00/mile pace for the half. Join us for a scenic marathon, half marathon, and 5k run/walk in the heart of the sleeping bear dunes national lakeshore.
